Re: LDS Account Support and Help
Please I need help with my account.
I am a child of record in the church and I am 21 years old now but my membership is showing that I am just 12 years in the church.

Re: LDS Account Support and Help
I am not certain what the issue is. A child of record that does not get baptized is not a member even if a record was created while a child under the age of nine. To become a member requires baptism. The question is, when were you baptized?
If you were baptized, then any membership record issues should be brought to the attention of your ward clerk. He is the one with the responsibility to ensure membership records are correct and up to date.

Re: LDS Account Support and Help
You need to get with your ward clerk to find out what's going on. You may have the wrong MRN resulting in you seeing a wrong age.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Which applications are showing that you 12? Your age in the core membership system looks to be correct.

Take a look at this post. The method it suggests for having the clerk change the email should work for you, and perhaps having the clerk enter the new phone number (if she doesn't have any email) would also work.Is there any way?

If that doesn't work for some reason, the clerk can give you the phone number for the GSD. The account owner will have to call the GSD, because they won't work with go-betweens for security/privacy.

Re: LDS Account Support and Help
Changing the phone number does not work because the phone number is not automatically transferred to the Church Account. The email is automatically transferred (assuming the member verifies the address when they get the verification email).BrianEdwards wrote: ↑Thu Sep 14, 2023 11:41 amTake a look at this post. As always, thanks for clarifying, so others (and myself!) know the phone number approach won't work.Changing the phone number does not work because the phone number is not automatically transferred to the Church Account.

Re: LDS Account Support and Help
I just found out from my service mission leaders that it's not just me, and that the issue is known to the global support center staff, who are working on it.
