Now you have a greater feat trying to get things back to the way they should be. There are several things that need to be fixed to do this correctly, which is complicated by the fact that you are now the bishop.

Your best bet is probably to call the Global Services Department and ask them to move your membership record back to your home ward and then add you back to the YSA ward as an out-of-unit member. They can do that without clobbering the bishop assignment now that that has been set up.

Actually Bishop is one of the few callings that won't be released by moving your records.
