Missionary Portal Access

Unable to reach missionary portal access. It seems like this is an ongoing problem as I’ve seeing posts here from 2017 saying the same things. I’m suppose to fill out my application and cannot get to it. My bishop even sent a photo is his recommendation so I don’t understand what am missing. It’s not cookies or browser either. They have got to make things a little easier for people. I’m applying for a senior mission but I’m that old, I can only imagine how hard that is for older people. Why not a tab for missionary portal with the actual applications instead of dozens of information that are not always very helpful. Also, if there is a reason it’s not going forward, why not say that it is pending… very confusing. The worse experience ever! A friend of mine said the hardest thing going on a mission was figuring out the application process. It doesn’t have to be this way. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I have tried everything.

In summary:

- It sounds like you have ruled out cookie or cache issues. If incognito mode does not help, that's usually sufficient to rule out cookie issues.

- If your bishop or ward clerk can find a support phone number, please call it. Worst case, get the contact number for the GSD and call them.

- If timing is not urgent, please state exactly what happens when you try to sign in. Somebody might know of something to help if we have details of what is happening.

Additionally:

- Have you verified that your MRN is connected to your Church Account? If it is not connected, that could block access.
