As of 5:30AM today, the beta directory is ALMOST back in Las Vegas! I can access the ward members and leaders directory but the stake leadership still won't show. Maybe it will show later today.......

Hooray!! As of 8AM, The stake leaders directory is now accessible... There are still missing features, such as the ability to print anything other than the member directory, but with time, I would hope that these features will be added.

I'd love to see those features, too, but now at least the beta directory is working for you the same as for everyone else. Welcome back!

I also can now access the beta directory. The javascript error that I described earlier in this thread is no longer occurring either. Since the beta directory doesn't seem to be using the new authentication method yet, apparently the problem was not related to it's use of the old authentication method. I would be interested to know more about what the bug was and how it was resolved.
Thanks! It's great to have directory access again!

Hello. I am a new poster even though I have referred to this forums many times. I do not currently have access to the beta directory (the wheel is spinning as I type). I am a ward clerk and a non-tech Church employee. I have tried to access the directory inside and outside the Church firewall, with no sucess. What other info can I provide that might help?
I love the new features of the beta site and am slowly referring ward members to it. Thanks!

I wish I knew how it was resolved as well. As far as I can tell, nothing in our production environment changed during the time you and Zane saw the problem go away.

I hate it when that happens!

Is anyone else having issues seeing pictures they uploaded to the beta.lds.org directory on the new.lds.org directory? The pictures I uploaded show as broken links. New pictures upload ok, but when I go to assign them, they won't assign. They disappear from the screen, but the count of new pictures remains the same. The next time I click on "new" the picture I just assigned reappears.
