Any member can see the map for their own ward:
1. Log into the church website
2. Click on the Resources icon (computer: top-right, 9 dots icon; mobile: top-left, 3 lines then resources)
3. Choose Ward directory and Map

It'll show the boundaries of the wards in your stake, and a marker for each household in your ward.

If you're in a leadership calling you'll see those who are marked private, otherwise they'll be hidden from you.

If you want to print the map then there's no option on the website to do that, so you'd have to take a screenshot and then print the screenshot.

One thing to note is that the locations of households are often wrong (in Britain at least, maybe things are different in USA, elsewhere). E.g., whenever we have someone move into the ward if the marker had been set in their previous ward it doesn't get removed when their address changes. Seems like something (someone) does automatically update them for some people, but that process often results in an estimate that is wrong.

There has been discussion in other threads about new locations showing up incorrectly (for move-ins as well as intra-ward moves). It was stated that there was a time when there was a bug in the Church system that was subsequently resolved, but then additional comments stated that the bug appeared to have been reintroduced. This seems to be related to what you're describing, perhaps the same underlying issue.

As always, submitting Feedback is the official way to get this in front of the Church development team. As we're all on the outside, there's no way to know if it's something the Church is actively looking into, or if it's in limbo.

If you have current instances (moved in in the last 2 months) where the pins didn't moved with a move in feel free to PM me the details.
