why is it so difficult to find the missionary portal login? we find things telling us about the missionary portal but can't find the actual portal. please help

What have you tried?

The easiest method to find the portal is to log onto the Church website; click the Resources menu icon (grid of 9 square dots); scroll to the bottom of the menu; click the 'All Resources' button and either enter "missionary portal" into the search textbox or scroll down the resources list until the Missionary Portal link is found; then click the link.

I usually just type into the address bar missionary.churchofjesuschrist.org and it goes right there.

Missionary Portal has been down for Maintenance for about a week. Any ETR?

Have you tried incognito mode?

I am currently serving in the Virginia Richmond Mission and my missionary portal has been out for months. I haven't been able to submit my weekly emails to my mission president this whole time, and I'm not sure how to fix it. No matter how I try to get the the portal, it says the site can't be reached and to check for a typo in the link. What can I do to fix this?

Did you try incognito mode, per the suggestion in the post immediately above yours?

Sounds like it's well past time to raise the issue up the chain in your mission organization, most likely to connect with the mission's tech support. In my mission, if I had missed somewhere between one and three weekly letters to the president, I would have been hearing from the district leader or a zone leader about it.

You will need to speak with your bishop/branch president to get the process started.
