Yes, all controlled through Mevo's own app.

The camera is really ideal if you just want a single component, without the need for additional hardware.
When you consider it has a 6 hour battery life, wi-fi as well as on board encoding for any streaming platform you choose, it's great value.
If you want to use Zoom or want to mount the camera much further from the pulpit than the 3x digital zoom allows you to do then the mevo is not the solution for you.

Wasn't really pointing out the Mevo as a suggestion in this case, just as an example of using digital PTZ functionality instead of physical PTZ movements.

Very good information. Thank you for replying about the Mevo Zoom. For a different and/or higher-resolution camera, it sounds like finding the software to do digital PTZ might be the main challenge.

It turns out the term for this is "ePTZ". I'm not sure as you can get just the software. But you probably can find a camera/software combination.
