I was operating perfectly until Sunday april 15th, as a ward employment specialist in the Seminole Ward. Then on that day all of a sudden my abilities to do my calling just
disappeared. I read your article ensure your employment specialist has the ability
to perform their duties. Then we started the merry-go-round, my ward clerk
did something and it reappeared for a few days then disappeared again last Sunday.
While reading your thread it said if a Orange dot is beside your name, contact the
center. last night we opened a working specialist site, and retrieved my name that
has even disappeared in the candidate section, by doing a name search. As you said
there was a Orange dot beside my name, and it had the wrong employment title.
It had ERM(employment resource missionary), I was set aside by my Bishopric as a
ward employment specialist. However, the article did not mention how to remove said
dot, change my status to the correct one, and continue my calling effectively. Could

Your calling looks correct in CDOL, but the current one there was created yesterday, so I would check again in the morning and it should be in the employment system.

Please help i'm at the end of my rope, my stake employment specialist, ward clerk, as well as myself, spoke to the tech's at salt lake yesterday, and they assured me that when I signed on today, I would have my entire Ward Lds Specialist, well than didn't happen. It did have the Employment Resource Missionary, as my title and had a orange dot. The orange dot was turned to green by giving me authorization, and Salt Lake removed The lds ERM position that was
checked. but now no blocks are checked, and I cant access my Specialist abilities. Does the stake employment specialist needs to log on pull my account up and check the specialist block thereby allowing me the ability to continue my calling.

The change in your calling must be done at the stake level in the stake MLS software. Once you are identified with the proper STANDARD calling and not a custom one, then it should be a matter of a day or two at best before you're given access.

This same procedure must be done for ANY calling where special access is granted to resources. Members who are given a Custom Calling will not have the access they need.
