If the problem is just on the Stake MLS side, then it might be a good idea to do a "Request Unit Data Refresh" (from the File menu). You can specify all wards, or just the ward in question. Do a Send/Receive, wait a few hours (24 will certainly do, but perhaps it's quicker these days), then do another Send/Receive.
