It's definitely helpful to post this, even if in the end, it's uncertain whether or not it was a "user issue" or something internal to the church systems. Having more data points helps other Forum members have additional references when future issues arise. Many times users don't come back and post the end result, so we're all uncertain what might have happened, so thanks for the response.

I think the real question is how long did it take after the clerk approved it. And did he actually approve it or just thought he did.
