No matter what is entered as the username it immediately fails. I never get to the password part.

That is what I think is the significant part. It has nothing to do with our church accounts. It has to be something to do with the app or the OS on the Samsung Galaxy tablet. Is there a way to find out when the latest update to the App was. We both seemed to have the same problem at the same time. I wonder if it is possible to go back to an older version of the App.

The latest version of Android Gospel Library (version 6.6.2) was released on October 6th. Version 6.7.0 is currently in beta, for those who are opted in to the beta, but it sounds like that doesn't apply in your case.

Are you using a VPN, or do you have web filtering on your network, that might be blocking the app from connecting to the Church servers for signing in?

No nothing like that that. I do not even think it gets to a point of connecting to the church servers unless the app checks the username before asking for a password.

If that was was true I wouldn't be able to sign in on my android phone. My wife's tablet is still signed in. Is there a way to contact the developers to get some troubleshooting guidance?
