I suspect it's because FamilySearch is actually a separate organization (fully owned by the church). They have their own Forum and Wiki.MorettiDP wrote:Why can't we use this same forum to do that?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

On FamilySearch, the Research Wiki and Forums are both available in ten languages. The eight for nFS, and two others that were community driven in the first place to start.
With Family Tree set to replace nFS (basically it will be like a major upgrade), it is probably as we speak being translated into the same eight languages nFS was made available in, and with likely refinements over translations used in nFS as well.
