Soon. I talked with someone today who is involved with PBSS and they are actively working on resolving the issue.

This is getting just a bit ridiculous. I have an upcoming appointment and I don't know when or with whom. If the problem is with the web access part of the system, is it possible to phone someone who has access to the underlying database to look up an appointment?
