Hello, I am the Stake Assist. Clerk (Membership) and I have a similar issue. A member was ordained a Bishop (sent me his certificate) but there is no record in the computer of it and I cannot add it. Is there a way I can contact someone to send the certificate to?

Is it just the individual record where it isn't showing, or anywhere. For example, if you do a custom report with the search items as "Priesthood office" IS "Bishop", does the member show up in the list?
