I've had reports of spotty service. In the past, I was able to see that the latency would spike. Not a direct correlation, but way better than nothing. I later learned that Comcast had an outage around the time that the latency had spiked. In order to check the service availability for a Bishop that has said the service has not been consistent, I'm now unable to really help unless I see it in the moment. It would be very helpful if we could see some additional information from the firewalls to track issues like these down.
