We've had this same problem in Wyoming. We've gotten the same white page on youtube studio and also just had very poor broadcast speeds. We were able to get it to work using a cellular hotspot the Bishop had for work. I tested all buildings in our stake and we're getting 3 times the speed of the hotspot, yet we can broadcast on the hotspot without issue - not so on the church buildings wifi or ethernet. There must be some kind of setting restricting. I called the church to see if they are throttling or filtering the networks, but they said they don't. Our firewalls are all set to Moderate, our FHC is set to managed. Maybe I'll have to test a stream from there and see if it works any better. Anyone else have any ideas?

How are you connecting? Wired or wireless?

I just had to help someone get their Macbook Air connected. Apparently they were having problems getting the splash screen to work. Once I exempted them, it worked fine. I'm suspecting a conflict with the stuff their school requires them to have loaded. I didn't think it would work, but it did.

We had the same issue on two different mac laptops, one an air and the other macbook pro. Both of us are self employed so nothing installed by a school on the machines. Same issue on both ethernet and wifi.

I think it must have something to do with the network? some kind of restriction the church has on the networks? I couldn't see anything in tech manager I could change to allow the page to be loaded. I did find that if the page were loaded outside the building, then refreshed in the building it worked. But then sunday we pulled it up on a windows computer and it worked fine. I can't figure out what is going on.
