Please see the post immediately before yours. You usually receive access within 24 hours after the temple records your setting apart to a calling that includes access to TIS.

If you go to TIS, you will be able to enter your need for a sub and the person who will sub for you will be able to indicate that he has accepted the request. Your shift coordinator will also be able to help you.

I just need to know or to get a description of what is 'A PLACE HOLDER FOR NEW CARD EYEBROW' so I can translate it please. Thank you very much.

This is primarily a user-to-user support form. Developers sometime stop in, but this isn't the best way to reach them.

Is "Eyebrow" a graphic symbol or the actual word? The graphic usually means toggling something so you can see it or not. You can see that on the ward calendar webpage. Also, since it says "place holder" it might not even be implemented, but just some developer notes.

You'll need to contact the translation manager in the Publishing Services Department who assigned out the translation job. They can route questions to the developers.

I am a new ordinance worker at the St George Temple. Every time I try to get into TIS it tells me denied and to reload. Is there something I am doing wrong, or do I need to get approved by someone?

Once the temple loads your calling into TIS, you should have access. That is the key. It may take 24 hours.

If it has been that long and you still are not able to access TIS, make sure your membership record number is attached to your Church account and check again with the temple to make sure they have actually added you to the system. Another check is to ask your shift coordinator or assistant if they are able to see you in the system and are able to include you as they prepare the schedule.

If you are still not successful, try accessing TIS with a Chrome browser. This is the preferred TIS browser, but I would note that even though the site complains every time, I use Firefox without any problems at all.

You'll also need to use the Church Account associated with you MRN. The account you used here is not that one.
