Cannot see my ministering assignment or see who my minster is on LDS Tools - iOS

Same here. Updated to the newest version and no ministering assignments are visible.

I am having the same issue and am in a leadership calling. Has anyone been able to get theirs fixed? I really need the functionality as it's so much easier to view than through the lds.org Ministering link.

I too can not see any ministering tabs or information on my android phone. I have reinstalled LDS Tools, have version 3.5.0

I'm glad I have a lot of company with the same problem, but does anyone know who we could possibly talk to to make sure this issue is visible to the Church so that it can be corrected? I entered something from the app itself, but I've not heard anything back. Don't know if they even to the message I sent.

If you submitted it using the in-app feedback, that is the fastest way to get it to the right place.

The good news is that the tool has been updated and ready to provide the information once the source database is populated with the information. The announcement being seen might seem premature, but I suspect the “what’s new” message was most efficiently embedded in the new release. There are multiple information systems involved in fusing this information and controlling access privileges. This is most likely a case of completing the lds tools component first. I’m certain that the church will complete the rest of the enabling components completed soon in the meantime, anyone anxious to see their ministers and their ministerial assignments can simply ask their elders quorum and relief society presidencies.
