Out of unit members

I brought this up before. This is in a YSA stake. The stake R.S. is an out of unit person as well as the rest of her presidency. I have removed all records of the old presidency. Yet in lds tools it still shows 2 R.S. presidencies. The old president still shows but the new one does not. The entire old presidency still shows as well. Am I missing something. Why is the old one still on there. They were released several months ago. What do I need to do to get it corrected?

That's true, and I have moved your new post to be in the thread with your previous question -- there's no reason to leave people wondering where the previous question is.

As I look back through this thread, I see that in this post you were asked a specific question regarding the stake RS president, which you said you would research. But you have not yet posted the answer to that question. Although the answer to that question may not solve the problem, it will help eliminate some possibilities.

If you are refuring to her having an lds account she does and is using it. The issue is she does not appear as the president. When you look at the stake in lds tools it shows 2 R. S. presidents. One has a name by it. She is the old one and has been released. There is another listed but has no name. This I will assume is for the current one. However her name is not listed. The old presidency is all showing still the new presidency partly shows. How do I get rid of the old and make all the new appear. I have removed all traces of the old. And all the new are entered and checked as sustained and set apart. This has been the case for a long time.

Ok, that got lost in the question of out-of-unit members not being able to access their tools.

For this question, I'd suggest looking at Correcting duplicate or missing callings.

I have gone in followed the steps to to refresh stake data. I have made sure everything is current in stake data base. I still see 2 stake R.S. presidents along with 2 of each of her leaders. I cannot get the old ones not to appear. This is in the churches web as well as lds tools. What do we try now.

Sorry I just noticed it says cool I think it should be CDOL

We just found a bug with CDOL processing the refresh request coming from MLS 3.4.3. It only sends one unit worth of data back down. So in your case it was only sending one wards data to you and not including any stake data (which is what you need for this).

I just sent that refresh data to you from CDOL (which does send all the down), so try it again and see if that works any better.

Note: this bug will be fixed in the CDOL 3.1.1 release (hopefully next week).
