BYU: Online Endorsement System

I am a Stake Clerk and understand that only the Bishops and Stake Presidency members should have access to the Online Endorsement System for filling out endorsements. However, I would like to suggest that Stake Clerks and Executive Secretaries be allowed to log-in for view access only. This way we can verify that the endorsement is ready for completion at our end. Currently, when a member comes in we have no way to know if the bishop has completed his part and it is online ready for stake action. We are constantly needing to have a member of the stake presidency log in to determine this information before the inteview can be done.
