How to register EZ reader on Pocket PC

I have used EZ Reader for scriptures for a while. I lost it on my old pocket pc and wanted to use it again. Upon trying to use it after installation it asks me to enter my name and last four of my social security number. I put in the info and it says invalid registration.
Wondered if anyone had any ideas??
