Lost/stolen limited use recommend

We have a member whose purse was stolen during the week. Inside the purse was her limited use recommend. Does any one know of a procedure for reporting stolen limited use recommends? Is there one?

Procedures for reporting lost or stolen recommends are in the temple recommend book. Limited use recommends have a short period before expiration and therefore not as big an issue as a stolen (regular) recommend. Generally, report the lost recommend to the bishop who then may notify the servicing temple of the status of the stolen recommend to prevent its use.
