Need Help with Translating English to Spanish

As a community, you have done a fantastic job in the past with helping us with translations. We have another quick need. We are considering opening a couple of forums for Spanish speaking members. Can someone help me translate the following into Spanish?

I would only change "policias" with "politicas" or maybe "normas de la unidad local...". 'Policias' literally means police as in cops -or the band

Although a professional translator may use a few different words here, for example 'discutir' instead of 'hablar', the text above is more than enough to be understood and used by all the different spanish speakers, ie mexicans, chileans, spaniards etc.

imho the forum doesn't need strict professional translations as long as a note is included mentioning this to cover the church, just in case. For example we could add 'Translation not official but community volunteer based' or similar.

Oops. That word definitely escaped my memory. Just an example of why it's usually better to have someone translate into their native language, instead of from it.

I specifically avoided 'discutir' because it also has the meaning of 'dispute'. It was at least so much so in my mission that I was told never to tell someone we wanted to have a 'discusión', but that we wanted to 'charlar' (chat).
