The PhotoAlbum / Editing software is to help with the Ward History keeping requirement.

Just curious: Is that insider information or just speculation? Also, when was the question asked that you answered? The most recent prior post is from 2007, so things may have changed between when the question was asked and now.

Keep in mind that open office is no longer valid. Libreoffice works great now and will likely require the clerk or STS to download and install it.
