Our Ward did not receive our Come Follow Me manuals in November. Who do we need to contact to get our Ward Allotment of manuals sent?

Call the online store using the number found in their Contact Us link.

Our ward did not get the manuals shipment either. When I called about this they said our ward was not on the distribution list. They then asked how many manuals we needed and processed the order at no charge.

It may be worth checking with other wards in your stake to see if they have extras. Some of the wards I've been in have had a hard time getting rid of the physical manuals, because a good number of people prefer using their phones.
