Switched to Zoom account now I can’t login using Google
I’ve been using Zoom for our meetings. This week I switched over to use the churches paid version. Now I can no longer sign in. I was unable to have our zoom meeting today because when I try to log in using Google it says,
“ You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025)”
Anyone know why that is? We could not have our Christmas special meeting today over zoom because I couldn’t login as the host to start the meeting.

You probably need to log in using the email address and a password that was set up in Zoom.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I am having the exact same problem. My account is completely bricked.
I can't use my account. I can't reset my account. Everything appears to be gone.
I hope there is a solution very very soon.

I'm not seeing the resolution on this other thread provided. I'm trying really hard but please use small words. Pictures and/or links are even better. Will someone please teach me how to login? I've had the same problem as discussed above on not being able to login.

I think I got a solution.... this is what I did:
first, I said forgot password then I entered my email address
> click the link on my email
> Selected the login with SSO method
> typed in "churchofjesuschrist"
> got in my account .... yay!

The previous solution didn't work for me since I don't have the right access, but there is a way to add an email log in after the account is linked without needing to sign in.

My husband does zoom meeting for our ward and can't get in? What is going on. Your making it to where no one can use this for online meeting?

This is primarily user-to-user support. It's possible that someone in your ward changed the password. I'd check with local leadership first. Failing that, I'd contact the stake technology specialist to see if they know what email the account was associated with to see if they can reset it.
