I’m trying to update primary classes in the leader and clerk area of the website and page won’t load. I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies and browser history. I’ve tried safari, Google, and Firefox. Nothing is working. Any other things I can try?

Generally you just have to wait for it to start working again. The system seems to be easily overwhelmed. I'm thinking that a lot of other people were also trying to do the same since it was the day before church and it may have overloaded the system. I ended up updating primary classes on January 2nd and it was surprisingly smooth.

We have LCR issues frequently on Sundays starting about noon and going into the evening. I waited until 10 PM eastern to update all the priesthood ordinations because if I had tried while at church it would have taken me hours because I kept getting error pages, or kicked back to a login screen. Things were so problematic in our stake that our stake president got involved. Things improved (slightly) but we still haven't received any meaningful feedback.
