Who can I contact about missing missionary tags? I start the Provo MTC soon and my tags haven’t arrived nor any updates on when they should arrive…

If you have not received any information about your name tag, you should expect to receive it when you report to the Provo MTC.

My challenge is concerning my missionary email. I returned from my mission January this year. I wasn't having a mobile phone to access it, And now it's locked. Please I want to request for it to be unlocked. Because I want to print my missionary certificate and other documents.

About missionary tags and MTC contact: there should be contact info in your call packet and in your missionary portal. There is also an MTC main desk email here https://provo.mtc.byu.edu/about

If you got back in January 2024, your missionary account has been closed, unfortunately. The good news is that your missionary certificate is held separately. You can access your certificate by logging into ChurchofJesusChrist.org and navigating to the Dashboard section. If you have issues accessing your certificate, please contact the Global Service Department
(MissionSupport@ChurchofJesusChrist.org).
