Sacrament Tray Extenders

In our last ward, our sacrament trays had some plastic extenders that attached to the handles of the bread trays. These held 3 extra cups. We used these for members who had dietary restrictions and to avoid cross contamination. I am trying to locate these. Anyone have any ideas?

Check LDS supply stores, such as Church Distribution Services, or ask nearby wards. If unavailable, consider custom fabrication at a plastic shop or inquire in LDS forums or social media groups.

That sounds like something that could be 3D printable.

(However, I doubt that would be enough leverage for me to convince my wife to let me buy a 3D printer.
