How to print attendance rolls for the new year

#1

Post by dongreen »

I'm the Ward Sunday School Secretary and was asked by the President to print rolls for the new year to see how class sizes will fluctuate. Will someone respond on how to do this. I can only print the current quarter. It would be nice to know how to print the next quarter as well.

The rolls can only be printed for the current quarter. You could ask the ward clerk to create some custom reports that use age or birth dates to see who would be in each Sunday School youth class as of 1 January 2025. He would just need to makes sure the birth dates are not part of the printed report.

As the ward clerk In LCR when I go to reports-> attendance rolls there is a selection for current or next quarter
There are 11 types of people. Those who understand Gray Code and those that don't.

I can do that as a Deacon's Quorum advisor. I would expect the SS Secretary should be able to print their own rolls.
Log in to LCR and select "Reports"

Thanks for the help. I didn't know I had to go to LCR / Reports to get the next quarter option. Found it and I was able to create the rolls.
