Help, please.I created more than one tag in Gospel Library with an emoji character in the name of the tag. I tagged multiple items in these tags for months on an Android device.
I was able to see those tags and items online at churchofjesuschrist.org/notes.
Tragically, today [23 Nov 2024], after I added and/or removed that tag from an item, I seem to have lost all the tags with emojis. This represents a large portion of my scripture/Gospel study for months. I am distraught to have lost all of this.
I sent the above using the "feedback" link at the very bottom of churchofjesuschrist.org/notes. I'm reaching out here to also ask, who has experience in requesting (and hopefully obtaining) a restore from a backup of Gospel Library notes / tags / annotations?
