unable to load donations web page for a couple of weeks

Is anyone else unable to pay their tithing online at this time? I've been unable to load he donations web page for a couple of weeks now, despite being able to log in to the church web site in general with my login information valid and functioning properly. Using a link from withing the church site, after logging in, attempting to get to donations, produces the same results as attempting to load the page directly.
I have deleted all churchofjesuschrist dot com cookies and cached data from my web browser, and still have the same results.

Following is the error (and landing address) I see no matter how I have attempted to load, clear cached files, F5 refresh you name it: (I broke up the URL with some spaces in case there are chat filters against that kind of thing)

Works fine for me. If there was a problem for a couple of weeks, we'd be flooded with posts asking about it.

By chance, have your records been moved between countries? Or perhaps not in any ward? What happens if you go to Ward Directory and Map, or the Calendar?

Another idea would be to try find another member (spouse? clerk?) who can successfully use their computer to pay donations, and try using your account there. If it still doesn't work for you using a friend's laptop but it works for them, then it would seem somehow unique to your church account. But if you are able to make the donation on that computer, then the problem would seem specific to your computer.

Good ideas, though I haven't moved, and I did check the ward dir and map and that still loads my proper unit information.

I'm having the same problem. Its impossible to do on mobile but it loads super slowly on desktop. I even cleared cache/cookies. I'm using Firefox.
