General Conference Audio Downloads

My dad is on a mission in North Dakota working with Native Americans. He has one brother who is in-active but wants to start listening to General Conference talks again. He does not have cell / wifi data at his hogon on the reservation. My dad wants to give him a tablet with all the talks downloaded that he can just play them from without any sort of data connection.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to mass download audio only General Conference Talks? Is there a public FTP site or something similar to do that?

I think if I put all the files in the built in audio player on the tablet that will be the easiest for this native American brother who's sight is bad and understanding of technology use is minimal.
