Moved Out: LCR v. Member Tools

I'm the ward clerk. I moved a family's records out on 1 September. Their names still appear in Member Tools on Apple and Android phones, which have been synced multiple times since then. In LCR, their names are not in the directory, not on the "moved out" report, and not on the "moves in progress" list. Any suggestions about how to resolve this issue?

You might try dong a data refresh on your Device. Sync doesn't always work properly.

You might also double-check your work to make sure you moved the right people out. I'm not sure about the directory in LCR, but the Ward Directory website tends to list by "Household" name rather than last name, so that could be adding some confusion.

Data refresh in Member Tools did NOT fix the issue. Their names still appear in Member Tools on my Android phone and on the bishop's Apple phone. I moved the right family records out of the ward. Though their records no longer appear in the LCR ward directory, their names are not on the LCR move out report. Their names also do not appear in the Ward Directory and Map.

Sounds like a call to the GSD would be in order. It sounds like something glitched in the church systems when you did the move-out, not your fault.
