Re: Global Service Department
I can verify that the Church does control the URL lds.service-now.com; however, lds.service-now.com is equivalent to servicenow.churchofjesuschrist.org, and I would have expected the newer URL to be used...

Re: Global Service Department
It should be noted that service-now.com is a different company. This appears to be a church account with that company, which may explain the no confidential information rule.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Re: Global Service Department
All of the church requests and responses to me lately for feedback have come from that address. Webcasting, GSD support, church app feedback, etc.russellhltn wrote:It should be noted that service-now.com is a different company.

I just used it to order new deposit slips. Let's see if that works.

If you intended your post to be seen by the Global Service Department, you'll have to send it to the GSD. It's not very likely anyone from the GSD monitors this user-to-user discussion forum. Oh, and posting the same thing multiple times does not speed up the process of getting a post approved.anthonysheriff wrote: ↑Wed Mar 01, 2023 3:30 pm I have received your content " Missing Bank deposit" the tithe donation was reported on Sunday 19th February 2023 & deposited on the next business working day.

I have been trying to uncheck the checkbox for two steps verification code on my LDS email and It is frustrating me because i will be leaving for my mission soon this is the email that I will be using and for the two steps code provided and sent to my phone number I will not be able to access it, what can I do to solve this?

Re: Global Service Department
Congratulations on your mission call! For your awareness, the Tech Forum is not connected with the Church Support system, the Forum serves primarily as a location for user-to-user interaction and self-help. Only the Global Services Department (GSD) will be able to help you resolve this issue. Please talk with your ward clerk who can provide the number for the local/area GSD support team. They should be able to resolve this quickly for you, once you get in contact with them.Jerónimo wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2024 12:40 pm Hello, I am so triggered by my concern...
