How do you find IP address for chapel camera?

We are looking to move from using Zoom to broadcasting thru Youtube and I need to figure out what the IP address is for each camera in our stake. I tried using CNM but the camera doesn't show up on it because i am not sure it is actually attached to the network. Another group of techs were able to figure it out for our tabernacle camera but I wasn't able to talk to them and find out how.

Any ideas or experience broadcasting with other apps than Zoom and how did you do it?
