I got the same and called in to Global Services and they said that they know about it but didn't (last night) when it would be fixed. I said that there are lot of people that need the information to help them troubleshoot, without having to be in the building.
Still no schedule repairs.

Up again!

After the latest outage of CNM, I did a little browsing and discovered under the Help tab a Release Notes option. Answers some of the questions about recent changes!

Interesting reading. Under the Release Note dated 2023-09-06 was the description of a task that I, as an STS, have failed to do. That's to document the installed equipment as outlined in the Document Instructions. I wonder how many other STS's have not done this yet.

Just because we can doesn't mean we've been instructed to. <grin>

I'm just happy they've got places for us to label what ports go to what.

Over the last week, there have been several issues with CNM being unavailable and service tickets have been generated. Issues ranging from 503 errors to general inaccessibility have been reported. The most recent issue claims to have been fixed. I was able to sign in just now and had no issues. Give it a shot now and see what happens.

Thanks for the information. I checked again late last evening and it was indeed up, but I wasn’t in a position to post here!
