Sunday School circle group disappeared

My husband and I teach the oldest youth Sunday School class and we used circles a lot to communicate with our class.
I went on yesterday to hype us this week’s class and the group has disappeared. I checked my son’s phone who is in our class and it’s not on his app either. So it’s not just my phone.
Has anyone heard that they were getting rid of just youth Sunday School class circle groups? The adult Sunday School class is still there

I am using the Gospel Living app for Android. All the youth Sunday School class circles are still there. Your situation sounds unusual since you would be an administrator for the Sunday School class you teach. If you were released from the calling to teach that Sunday School class you would be removed as an administrator and as a participant. The oddity is your son, a youth in the Sunday School class, does not see the circle.

Ask a member of your Sunday School presidency if they are having an issue seeing any of the Sunday School class circles.

If I remember correctly, we've seen circles disappear before. Usually logging out of the app and logging back in will fix it.

Looks like Gospel Living got an iOS update just today. Updates will sometimes do strange things. If that's it, the log out/in should do it.

We are still called as teachers of the class. Even so … I should be able to see it in ‘my children’s circles’ as we have a child in the class and it is gone. Also still gone on his phone.
I did log out and log in. Still gone.
I updated my phone. I deleted the app then redownload it and logged in. The youth class is still gone.
Anyone know someone I can call over church tech?

The only communications for mobile apps is through the in-app feedback. It is found in the Settings menu.

As you've gone through the normal troubleshooting options, I'd next suggest contacting another SS Teacher (or the SS Presidency as previously suggested). Sometimes these things end up being (frustratingly) only reproducible for certain members, while other members have no issues.

If it's general to your ward, I'd include that detail in my Feedback submission. And if other ward leaders/teachers aren't seeing this, that's also helpful info for church support.

Given that it's the oldest youth Sunday school class, which thins out in some wards around this time of year, as members start going to college or missions, I wonder if the Sunday school presidency combined classes or adjusted some of the class assignments in Leader and Clerk Resources, and didn't realize it would affect other things like Gospel Living. I agree with the suggestion to check with the Sunday school presidency.
