Child Baptism Record
We have a new family that moved into our Unit this month. The youngest son was baptized in their prior unit, but it was never recorded, by accident. The family is active and just noticed this issue. Do I have the bishop in the new unit sign the baptism and confirmation report even though he did not interview the child before baptism?

Re: Child Baptism Record
Yes, the bishop in the new unit is the one who would authorize the record to be created. This section in the General Handbook might be helpful:
38.2.6.1, A Membership Record Was Not Created or the Year Is Missing or Incorrect
