LUFAS Audit Comment boxes cause website to reload

#1

Post by rynchris »

I am running into an issue when I try to fill out some comment boxes on our most recent audit. I am a Bishop and click the LUFAS link. I then click the view audit button. There was an exception I was needing to Type a corrective action response in the box. When I type a word in the box, the website is trying to 'AutoSave' while i am typing. It was very annoying because after I type three words, a pop up window would appear telling me that I need to reload the page because someone updated the form. It would take me back to where I needed to click on the Audit and resume where I left off. I just made my response one sentence because I had to restart several times. I am not sure if this is the best place to report this kind of issue, but I didn't see any other 'Report Issue' links on that particular page.

I don't need a reply or a fix, just reporting the issue. I was eventually able to save my part and move on.

This is not the place to report any issues. The forum is user-to-user discussion and collaborative self help. The best online tool to report issues is the feedback link found at the bottom of the page. If there is no feedback link for the page you want to report about, then find a Church website page with the link and use that link. You may need to identify the web page or URL you encountered the issue you are reporting when the feedback link is on another web page.

Another avenue to report issues for LUFAS issues is to report it to your stake audit committee chairman, who then can run the issue up the auditing chain to elevate the issue.
