Tools: Address correct, location incorrect, won’t sync

In trying to figure out Why my Ward map is not showing up on Tools and checking a couple of things on the forum,I checked my profile and saw that my location is the coordinates for my past address from 5 years ago. I have no idea how to correct that. Also, Automatic sync failed and manual sync fails. Since I am logged in here, is that something you can correct for me or do I need to contact someone else? Thank you for your help

In Member tools (on online in Ward Directory and Map) you can change your location to be your current address. In the android underneath the map there's a button "Adjust household location". I just realized that I might be seeing that because of my calling, but I'm assuming you can do that for your own household.

As a Ward Clerk, I’ve not been able to adjust and make stick any household positions for a long time now. In fact there are several households that have moved within the ward boundaries where their location, which was successfully repositioned at their new address at the time, has returned to the previous location.

I’m guilty of forgetting to report this via Feedback, because I keep forgetting. This thread has reminded me that I must do it!
