Wife's account is locked due to wrong email

Hey there,

I've looked around online and can't figure out who to contact.

My wife is a convert from her pre-teen years. Her cousin helped her set up her lds.org account in conjunction with her membership number. However, the cousin used their email address, not my wife's and has since lost access to the email.

As such, my wife is locked out of her account and not able to access a lot of features that are important, like linking her account to family search, etc.

Is it possible to get this fixed?
