Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Login error

When login in to the Churchofjesuschrist.org I’m getting an error message. When clicking on the help link, I’m getting error message.

And yet you're able to log into here - which requires a church account.

What part of the church website are you trying to log into and what is the error message?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
