If you have tried the "Change Phone Number or Email Address on Church Account" suggestion listed in the pinned thread at the top of this sub-forum PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Issues, then contacting the Global Service Department as described in the first post in that thread, may be required. Your local clerk should be able to help you if needed.

You also have 2 Church Accounts. The one you used here on the forum is not your main church account
