Verification code BYU pathway

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. When the verification code is sent, is going to a phone number that does not exist any more.

Contact your ward clerk so he can update your phone number.

A member can change their own phone number also in the Church systems.

There are two phone numbers the member can change: Contact Phone Number and Account Mobile Phone.

I don't think the clerk can change the latter. I'm not sure which one BYU pathway is using.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
