"Payee is Invalid" issue.
In Church finances application the "Add Payee" feature does not allow certain accounts, unless there is a limited number of non-member payees. Please advise how to add an additional payee, of if there are other issues.

Contact the Global Services Department (GSD) for their help. I have been doing finances since 2004 and have never run into this. I suspect there is something else at issue here.

I'd try incognito mode in the browser first. The cookie buildup problem can cause silly problems like that.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
