I'm not aware of that, perhaps others are. Where did you find this talk with background music? A quick internet search didn't turn up anything for me. My first guess is that this is something that somebody produced themselves, dubbing over the conference message with background music.

If it is something the church produced, then could you include the web link to where you found that talk? I don't use the various church apps that much, so it may be something that's included there and not online.

I've seen these before but don't know where they originate from. Would be very interested if someone knows the original source/how to get them.
