Unable to search videos

Unable to search videos on the the church website.
Log in problems to Church Jesus Christof Latter-day Saints website.
Deleted and Reestablished my account, and an having the same problem.
I need this website to facilitate Self Reliance.
Why is there no one to call? No Help Line ?
Error message I keep getting.

I had this same issue using Chrome. It turns out I just needed to clear out all site data to correct the issue.

In Chrome, go to kebab menu -> Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings. Click View permissions and data stored across sites and locate churchofjesuschrist.org. Click the trash can icon and confirm the deletion. Apparently, there are some bad cookies stored. This fixed it for me.
