The liveupdate link no longer seems to work. I get an unauthorized page. I'm the Stake Technology Specialist.

You can see whether the system is managed by navigating to settings and searching 'access work or school' - it should indicate that is is managed by group policy. If there is no management profile there, it will be blank. Following the guide linked above should fix that.
