Tools Update/Group Selection & Text Msg at Ward level

Prior to the update, a "list" of members re: RS sisters could be selected for visibility & review. Additionally, in the upper R corner, a text (share) option was present. All individuals could be selected for a group text. (or specific individuals sourced to need). In the new update, this feature is present at the Stake level in some areas but not all and not at all at the ward level. Is this a feature limited to leadership? Am I failing to locate this option.

I don't have an iPhone so I cannot verify, but I do know at times that updates for the Tools app may not fully "sync". You could try signing out and then back in, or perhaps uninstalling and then reinstalling.

Also, have you verified other members/leaders see the same missing functionality in the same places as you? Or do others see some-but-not-all of what you see, or something completely different?

I have deleted the app, shut down my phone & restarted, then re-downloaded the app (which required a sign in). The other person I spoke with has an Android and the ability to text in at both the ward & stake level, so I wasn't sure if it was d/t my operating system. Thank you for the suggestions, I will continue to repeat the actions and report back. Thank you for your response.

One other thing you can do is to provide feedback from within the app. That sends information to the development team about what MemberTools version you have installed as well as the iOS version you are on so they can try to recreate the behavior you are reporting. Be aware that you may not receive a personalized response (when I report bugs on the android version, sometimes I receive a response and sometimes I do not).
